Ciro For Delaware - "The Year Of The Senior Citizen" Proclamation

On February 11th, 2016, Ciro Poppiti - New Castle County Register of Wills and Candidate for Lt. Governor of Delaware - declared 2016 as "The Year of The Senior Citizen" in Delaware. He also introduced his newly formed "Policy Think Tank" that will created solutions to the issues and problems facing older Delawareans.
